PSEB 12th Result 2022, Term 2 Result Highlights at pseb.ac.in: The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) today declared the result for class 12 via a press conference. However, the PSEB Class 12 result link will be active at 10 am on June 29. Students will be able to check scores at the official website pseb.ac.in.
A total of 3,01,700 appeared for their class 12 exams of which 2,92,530 passed. The overall pass percentage is 96.96 per cent. Pathankot is the best performing district. All top three positions are bagged by girls this year.
This year, the class 12 board exams were administered by PSEB between April 22 and May 23, 2022, from 10:30 am to 1:45 pm. The term-I exams were held between December 13 and December 22, 2021, and the results were announced on May 11, 2022.

One of the few states that held class 12 board exams in 2021 was Punjab, and the board reported an overall passing rate of 96.48 percent. Girls had fared better than boys, scoring 97.34 per cent as opposed to 95.74 per cent for boys. Over 22,175 students received an A+ grade. As many as 2,92, 683 students had appeared for the exams and 2,82, 349 were able to pass.
After the PSEB’s sudden decision to postpone the class 12 result declaration, the board has announced that the result will be declared today, i’e on June 28 at 3:15 pm via press conference.

Maximum regular students had appeared in the humanities stream. Of the total 2,07,285 students in the humanities stream, 2,01,264 candidates had been declared pass. In the commerce stream, 31,562 candidates had appeared, of which, 29,944 (94.87 per cent) had been declared pass.
The pass percentage was at a three year high in 2020. From 65.97 per cent in 2018 and 86.41 per cent in 2019, the pass percentage increased to 90.98 per cent in 2020. The number of students clearing Punjab Board class 12 has been increasing consistently.
A total of 22175 students had achieved 90 per cent and above marks (A+) in 2021. In the 80-90 per cent bracket (A), there were 88,150 students, 1,19,802 (B+) in the 80-90 per cent range and 48,843 in the 60-70 per cent marks bracket (B).

The PSEB Punjab board class 12 term I and term II examinations were conducted between March and May 2022. The examination was held from 10:30 am and was continued till 1:45 pm.

A total of 22175 students managed to score 90 per cent and above marks (A+). In the 80-90 per cent bracket, there were 88,150 students, 1,19,802 in the 80-90 per cent range and 48,843 in the 60-70 per cent mark bracket. The pass percentage of government schools was recorded at 98.05 per cent in 2021, whereas aided schools have achieved 96.71 per cent. In 2020, a total of 2,86,378 students appeared for the examinations out of which 2,60,547 students were declared passed the board examination.
The PSEB Class 12 Result 2021 were declared for 2,92, 683 students who appeared in the examination and 2,82, 349 had passed the exams. The girls had outperformed boys as the pass percentage of the girl students was 97.34 per cent and that of boys was 95.74 per cent. In 2022, it is expected that over 3 lakh students are awaiting the declaration of Punjab Board PSEB 12th result.
The PSEB result scorecard that will be available at 3:30 pm today will act as a provisional marksheet. Original marksheet will be issued by the board later. The result, however, will be announced via a press conference at 3 pm.
